Congratulations Luke Graham!
Seniors Luke Grahman is a role model in the classroom and on the field. Luke plays varsity soccer and tennis and has been playing soccer at Holy Cross since he was in the 8th grade. He is a very involved student and is a member of the Academic Team, Pep Club, Student Council, and Student Council Executive Board, and National Honor Society. Luke also enjoys being a part of Holy Cross' School plays and plays guitar in a band for fun. He volunteers his time by being an Eucharistic Minister at St. Mary of the Assumption Church and by volunteering at the aunnual parish festival. Luke leads by setting a good example and has attained the honor of being Vice President of the National Honor Society this year. He has won several academic awards including the "Future Architect" award by Cincinnati Architects Society and he currently holds a 3.82 grade point average. Luke has a ture passion for helping people and his community. He says that he admires "those people who stand up to protect wildlife and reserve the enviornment," Luke Graham is the epitome of what we aspire all of our students to achieve. He is an all around great role model and Christian leader who considers the well-being of the community before his own.

Congratulations Anna Ward!

Congratulations to Nathan Pappas who was accepted in the 2010 National Student Leadership Conference on Medicine and Health Care in Washington D.C. that will be held this summer. He was also accepted to participate in the Naval Academy Summer Seminar this summer. Acceptance in both of these programs is based on grades, class standing and outside interests. This is a great honor for Nathan and his family. He will undoubtedky have a very best summer.

Since the last Parent Connection, we received additional ACT scores for our students. And we have new members for the "30 Club". The following additional students have also scored a 30 or higher on the ACT placing them in the top 4% nationally. They include: Annie Wolff, Nick Jehn, Kelvin Adams, and Aaron Fuller. To date, we have had 24 scores of 30 or higher this year; a great accomplishment for our students and an affirmation that Holy Cross High School offers a great education. Congratulations to these students and their parents.
