Tuition Assistance

Holy Cross High School has a Tuition Assistance Program so that families in need of financial help do not have to deny their children a Catholic education. This program is administered by the principal of the high school and is over seen by the Board of Education through a financial aid committee. It has become a vital part of our mission to serve students from all socio-economic levels. Approximately 34% of students receive financial aid.

As part of the process, families applying for tuition assistance are required to complete a financial aid application. Awards may not exceed the amount recommended by FACTS except in cases of extenuating circumstances and are not based on athletic participation.

Holy Cross High School has utilized the services of FACTS Management for payment of tuition for many years.
Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, we will also use the services of FACTS for review of tuition assistance applications.

You must sign on in order to access the aid application or enroll for tuition payments specifically for Holy Cross. If you use FACTS at another school, you can use the same login name and ID but must use the HC link to properly setup your HC account.

For families applying for financial assistance, we urge you to utilize the online application. The process is user friendly and secure. Supporting documents can be uploaded, faxed or mailed to FACTS for review. Step by step instructions are provided as you complete the application process.

FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment can be found here.

All applications whether filing online or on paper must be submitted with all necessary documentation
no later than April 1.

If you are unable to apply online, a paper application in both English and Spanish are available in the Finance Office.

Please contact Nancy in the high school office at 431-1335 for application information.

Tuition reductions are provided to families having more than one child enrolled at Holy Cross High School.
A discount of $500 is given for the second child and no tuition is charged for additional children.
