HC Day of Service

Service to the community is one of the cornerstones of education at Holy Cross. On Friday, April 21st, Holy Cross High School held its first-ever all-school Day of Service.  Students went to various locations throughout the community, including six churches, Mother of God Cemetery,  the City of Taylor Mill, The Diocesan Children's Home, Rosedale Green, The Carnegie Theatre, and Angels Food Pantry.  They delivered & spread mulch, weeded gardens, planted flowers, organized food items, helped remove and install new furniture, and performed a musical for elementary school students. Special thanks to all the organizations that allowed us to volunteer at their facilities and Mr. Groneck for organizing this day!  Thank you to the students, faculty & staff, and parent volunteers for making this day a tremendous success!
