Indianrunwinners 2016

On Saturday, October 9, 2016, nearly 75 runners and walkers, participated in the annual Indian Run, which was held at Pioneer Park.

The 5k run/walk, sponsored by the Holy Cross XC team, raises money for the Missy Goller Scholarship Fund. The fund provides money each year to help students attend Holy Cross High School, and was started in memory of Bill Goller’s daughter who passed away from cystic fibrosis.

  • The winner of the boys’ high school division was David Roberdeaux (Jr), followed by John Paul Russell(Fr), and in third place Connor Stahl(Soph).
  • The winner of the girls’ high school division was Vincetta Kahmann (Soph), followed by Sarah Barth(Soph) in second place and Kaitlin Turner(Soph) in third.

Be on the lookout for future activities to raise even more money for the Missy Goller Scholarship Fund, such as the flower sale in the spring.

We hope to see many members of the Holy Cross Community participate in the Indian Run next October!
